Entre em Ajustes (Settings) > Geral (General) > Rede (Network) > Rede de Dados de Celular (Cellular Data Network) e preencha conforme abaixo:

APN: tim.br
Username: tim
Password: tim

Após preencher os dados, volte a tela inicial apertando o botão home e utilize normalmente.
